immediate confirmation.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours
before your
pickup time. You can do this online through your account, by calling
customer service,
or by visiting our location. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before
pickup may
incur a fee.
You can book a vehicle up to 12 months in advance. We recommend booking
early,
especially during peak travel seasons and holidays, to ensure availability
and
secure the best rates.
Your reservation is automatically confirmed when you complete the booking
process.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and
reference number.
We also recommend calling to confirm 24 hours before pickup for longer
rentals.
Pricing & Fees
Our rental rates include basic liability insurance, unlimited mileage within
the country,
24/7 roadside assistance, and all applicable taxes and fees. Additional
options like
GPS navigation, child seats, and additional insurance coverage are available
for an extra fee.
No, we believe in transparent pricing. All fees and charges are clearly
displayed
during the booking process before you confirm your reservation. The total
price you
see at checkout is what you'll pay, with no surprise charges.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover),
debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, and PayPal for online
bookings.
Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
Security deposits vary by vehicle type: $200 for economy cars, $300 for
mid-size and
SUVs, and $500 for luxury vehicles. The deposit is held on your credit card
and
released within 3-5 business days after the vehicle is returned in good
condition.
Requirements
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old. Renters aged 21-24 may be
subject
to a young driver fee and have restricted vehicle selections. Some luxury
and specialty
vehicles require the renter to be at least 25 years old.
You need a valid driver's license that has been held for at least 1 year, a
major
credit card in the renter's name, and a government-issued photo ID.
International
visitors also need a valid passport and may require an International Driving
Permit.
Yes, you can add additional authorized drivers to your rental agreement.
Each additional
driver must meet our age and license requirements, be present at pickup with
valid
documentation, and there may be an additional daily fee per driver.
Yes, we may verify your driving record at the time of rental. Multiple
violations,
recent accidents, or a suspended license may result in rental denial. We
reserve
the right to refuse service to ensure the safety of all our customers.
Policies
All rentals include basic liability insurance as required by law. We also
offer
optional collision damage waiver (CDW), personal accident insurance, and
personal
effects coverage. Check with your personal auto insurance and credit card
company
as they may provide rental car coverage.
All our vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience
mechanical
problems, call our emergency number and we'll provide roadside service or a
replacement vehicle at no additional cost. We are not responsible for delays
or
expenses caused by breakdowns.
We operate on a "full-to-full" fuel policy. You'll receive the vehicle with
a full
tank and should return it with a full tank. If returned with less fuel,
you'll be
charged for the missing fuel at current market rates plus a service fee.
Domestic travel within the United States is generally permitted.
International travel
to Canada may be allowed with prior approval and additional documentation.
Travel to
Mexico is not permitted. Please inform us of your travel plans when making
your
reservation.
There is a 29-minute grace period for returns. After that, you'll be charged
for
an additional day. If you know you'll be late, please contact us as soon as
possible
to extend your rental and avoid additional fees.
